17A Explainer Animation

I worked as creative director and animator for these two explainer animations for 17A, a non-profit organization based in my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. Working off of the client’s script, I designed and animated two different versions of this overview animation that lays out 17A’s mission and cause.

The first version is a shortened and internal version of the piece, featuring unlicensed music by Electric Guest and is intended for portfolio purposes only. The 4 minute version, or Director’s Cut as I like to joke, features music created by my dear friend and composer Alex Ross. Working with him on the project was a real highlight and I’m really impressed with what he ended up making for the animation.
