One of my most unique projects, I got the opportunity to story produce and edit this short documentary for paws4vets, an Assistance Dog Placement Program through paws4people that provides customized Assistance Dogs to Veterans, Service Members, and their dependents with physical, neurological, psychiatric, or emotional disabilities.

Originally provided with several hours of raw interview footage, I worked with the team at SnapShot Interactive to create this short documentary about a veteran named Will and his service dog Jetty. Overseeing all of post production and working as the primary editor for the piece, I really enjoyed going through Will’s story, and feel lucky to be able to have heard so much more than the final edit is able to tell. Will’s story is simply gripping, and his work with paws4vets is inspiring.
