In my final semester of college, I worked remotely from Nashville with occasional trips to Cincinnati to help create AUDREY – a short film written, starred in, and directed by my good friend Alison Sluiter. Alison and I had worked together on our award winning film SUNDAY, and I jumped on the opportunity to help her out on her director debut. I was the editor and colorist for the piece, and AUDREY gave me a great opportunity to work with some of the most creative people I’d met in college. An original score from Sam Beiting, a College-Conservatory of Music composer, and the brilliant cinematography of Benjamin Nelson and Asa Featherstone IV really helped to bring Alison’s vision of AUDREY together.

I love this piece for the same reason I love SUNDAY – it’s simple, well made, and beautiful. I am very proud to have been a part of this production.
